I build AI systems that work in your world, not just in demos.

Custom knowledge agents, automation, and AI integration for small businesses and independent experts who need systems that actually run.

Let's talk →

What I Build

Three patterns I build most often. The underlying work is always the same: figure out the system, connect what needs connecting, make it run.

Knowledge Agents

You have expertise that lives in your head, your documents, or your team's experience. I build AI systems that encode that knowledge so it can serve your clients, train your people, or scale your practice without losing the nuance that makes it valuable.

Open-Brain Memory Systems

Connectable "second-brain" systems that link your memory across Claude, ChatGPT, Telegram, voice agents, and whatever comes next. One knowledge base, multiple access points. Your AI tools share context instead of starting from scratch every time.

Database Manager Agents

AI agents that manage, query, and maintain your data systems. They handle the routine work: indexing, retrieval, integrity checks. Your data stays clean and accessible without you babysitting it.

Work

Two recent builds. Different materials, same discipline.

Knowledge Agent: Private Practice

A practitioner with a complex, multi-element expertise system needed their knowledge available to clients without requiring one-on-one consultations for every interaction. I built a knowledge agent that encodes the full system, with all its relationships, nuances, and the guidance framework, into a structured knowledge base the AI draws from directly. Live and in active use.

Second-Brain Memory System: Multi-Platform

A client needed their AI tools to share context instead of operating in isolation. I built a connectable memory system that links across multiple AI platforms and interfaces, so a conversation started in one tool carries forward into the next. No more repeating yourself to every new chat window.

About

I build systems. The material changes. AI agents, greenhouses, a commercial kitchen's equipment, a warehouse floor. The work is the same: understand the problem, connect the pieces that need to talk, and make sure the thing actually runs when no one's watching.

I've fixed espresso machines at 2am and designed mushroom cultivation rooms from scratch. AI is a new material, not a new discipline. The systems I build are meant to work in the world, not in a demo.

How It Works

1. We talk.

A free introductory conversation where I learn about your situation, your goals, and whether AI is actually the right tool for your problem. No pitch. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you.

2. I scope the work.

If we decide to move forward, I define exactly what I'll build, what it will do, what it won't do, and what it costs. No ambiguity. No scope creep surprises.

3. I build it. You own it.

Whether it runs on your infrastructure or mine, the system belongs to you. I handle the build, deployment, and whatever level of ongoing support makes sense, from full management to standing retainers to nothing at all. As the technology evolves, so does your system.

Let's talk about what you're building.

I respond personally to every message. Just a real conversation about whether I can help.
